Pastor Robert Judah Paul is a triving street evangelist and revival preacher with a burning passion for the lost. He is the founder of Street Evangelism Centre, Malaysia. He was taken to hell for one and a half hours where he witnessed the horror of the destiny of the soul. Today,  the Lord has directed him to build a Church for the poeple on the streets, called Revival City Street Church. More then 70% of the congregration are people from the streets.
 

    Under the Street Evagelism Centre, he has opened various "Homes" for the street people in Kuala Lumpur and also the founder of Street Evagelism Training School, equipping various street individuals for the furtherance of the Gospel in the Kingdom of God. He is an Associate Pastor of "Door of Faith" Church, Melbourne Victoria, Australia and also holds an affiliation with Hephzibah Christian Fellowship, Singapore.
 

    At the age of five, Pastor Robert Paul witnessed Lord Jesus healing a Muslim man in one of the hospital wards. He grew with the word of God along with his family, In his teen years, he was preaching the word of God in the school grounds. At the age of 17, he recieved the call of God. He enrolled into a seminary, Later, he left the seminary and became a church worker in an Assemblies of God Church and graduated from a Bible School. From the second year onwards he began to pioneer Churches which grew mightly. But, pride, came in that he backslided and went into the world. Even though he was doing very well financially but he had no peace. He used to attendChurch Services for the sake of the family but his mind was not there. There were times where he had the inclination to burn down Churches and ridicule Christians. He had resentment and bitterness in his heart towards every Christian. He led a very sinful life.
 
    One night in the late 80's he was sitting on his bed, talking to his wife, ridiculing Christiansas he aws counting money, and as he laid his head backwards, suddenly...he found himself falling into a pit off thick darkness. Fear gripped his heart as he was going downwards at a tremendous speed. At that instant he realized he was in hell (He remembered, he preached about hell many times).  He saw many people groaning in pain. Multitudes of people suffering there and he was heading towards a ball of fire which was burning below. He screamed to God for mercies and pleaded, but nothing happened. Then he cried out to the Lord Jesus and the Lord appeared to him. Pastor Robert Paul pleaded and said, "give me  one more chance and I will serve you with all my heart and walk the streets and tell everyone that you are the Way, the Truth, and the Life" and instantly he was brought back. The impact has left his hair grey and two black patches on his face...as a reminder that he was in hell for one and a hald hours.
 

    Even though all this took place, he went back to the world. One year later, his eldest sonwas struckwith a deadly blood disease and was admitted in the hospital. Every morning he had to collect his son's urine which had blood in it. This devastated Pastor Rpbert Paul's heart and he went down on his asking God to heal his son. He made a commitment to serve God and in that instant he heard an audible voice of the Lord saying be sanctified and serve me. Just after that the Lord opened his eyes and he saw the angel of death coming for his four year old son. Pastor Robert Paul was caught up in the spirit with authority and strength of the Lord. He rebuked the angel of death, standing face to face with it. Within eight days his son healded completely. After that, Pastor Robert Paul went into fasting for three weeks. During this time satan appearedin a glorious light ona bright afternoon in the compound of his house as Pastor was sitting at the doorsteps, satan told him, "Serve me and I will give you anything you want". Pstor Robert Paul rejected and rebuked satan. Satan condemned him of his past life, Pastor quoted the word of God and satan fled.
 

    Hence then with many challenges, Pastor Robert Paul began to walk on the streets saving souls. Then Street Evangelism Centre came into being with its various ministries started flowing.
