The Gospel of Salvation Ministry

It has been my second time walking the streets of KL with the GOSM society. People who are steadfast in His work for those who are in real need of His love. If you're seeking for real church ministry, here's something you've gotta take a look at. It's to the poor and needy Christ came and gave salvation.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE
*Excerption from a GOSM Society phamplets.

-We are fighting for souls in enemy territory- Prostitues, transvestites, alcholics, homeless and drug addicts haunt the back streets of Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur soliciting business in the heart of a city which, like all large cities, wants no part of them! We ask the Lord to touch their lives and to take them into his fold. Here is enemy territory, the Pastors and Volunteers from The Gospel of Salvation Mission Society work with these disadvantaged and marginalized people. We feed them, rehabilitate them and nurutre them with the Word of the Lord. OUR PROGRAMS ARE MANY. OUR RESOURCES TOO LITTLE. WILL YOU HELP?

Victories achieved:

Pastor Robert, the Senior Pastor of the gospel of Salvation Mission Society and the Revival City Street Church, has a true passion for the lost in society. Pastor J. Paul is married to Pastor Evelyn Teo and they share their home with their two sons, four year old El-Joel, plus sixteen destitues and abandoned street kids.

The Church was started in 1992 by Pastor Robert and his wife, Evelyn Teo Paul. Initially the church was just the two of them and the pre-believers in the streets of Chow Kit, the red-light district of Kuala Lumpur. Today there are plans to expand into the Pudu and Bukit Bintang areas of Kuala Lumpur and also to Penang Island which is on the north west coast of Malaysia. The Harvest will come from the street people.

"The people in Chow Kit are dying! Hard work, sweat and tears have been put into the Harvest Field but there are still many souls going to Hell. We are short handed. There are roughly 2,000 drug addicts going in and out of Chow Kit per day. This means RM1,000,000 is being spent on heroin and pills daily. More than 200 hard core alcholics roam th streets. An estimated 300 prostitutes are suffering in the hands of demonic pimps. All our centres are filled. Even the Church premises are used as a refuge centre. Our hands are full, we are tired and our resources are stretched to the limits. The war fare for th souls is intense. Every soul needs to be saved and restored. There is a battle and a war going on here! Chow Kit and the streets of Kuala Lumpur need you."

 -Pastor Robert Judah Paul, 1998.
